After inspecting the problem, he discovered the cause: a baseball that our kid had accidentally thrown into a drainage pipe.

“After receiving extremely high water bills and gas bills I message Hawthorne plumbing and heating to have them come and have a look at my water tank. From first contact. Brad was excellent with communication and was able to squeeze me in. Turns out the water noise I was hearing from the water tank was a broken valve. so the water was continuously running and heating and dumping out hot water.. he was able to immediately replace the valve on my old water tank.
