Had a leak that required a trenchless water service line replacement. Went with another company first, and I completely regret not going with King Rooter first. After 3 days without water, due to the other company "scamming" us, Tristan and his team arrived on site, fully equipped, and worked on a problematic situation we had underground. Very professional, updated us throughout the day and felt complete confidence in them. Highly recommend.

Called King Rooter to help with draining issues. Tyrone showed up within a couple hours and I was so pleased with his service. Very thorough and kept me in the loop the whole time, explaining and showing me what he was seeing and what we needed to do. Got the job done and left my house nice and clean. Super nice guy and I would highly recommend King Rooter!

although I didn’t personally hire these guys (there was a water leak underneath the property we rent & it was causing problems across the street from us. i believe they were hired by the city but they were working inside my house for a couple of days) - I absolutely would now if a problem arose. for a few weeks prior we had multiple guys show up (with other companies/entities) looking for the cause of the problem as well as the main water valve.. none of them seemed to be able to find either of them. king rooter showed up & it seemed like it was diagnosed & was starting to be worked on within a 15 minute period. they were in & out of my house for 2 days... read full review
