“Worth every penny. There is a real sense of "team" here. We were looking specifically for a positive reinforcement groomer who could give our standard parti poodle a summery short cut. We were highly recommended Noah's Barque from our localdog trainer friends. Excellent correspondence. On the day of the groom, staff were welcoming and friendly. Our boy entered and left grinning ear to ear. His cut with Julia was outstanding! She gave us some feedback on how he did and how his skin was. When I arrived to pick him up, a friendly staff member asked me to wait outside so he wouldnt lose focus. Just really caring about his experience and making sure he felt good throughout.

Our poody had a professional photo shoot the next day and he looked so handsome. As if that's not enough, he smells amazing. We will be recommending Noah's Barque to everyone!“

“We met Jennifer about 6 years ago because we were in need of help with our reactive, high energy, Australian Shepherd puppy. Her classes combined with a home visit made all the difference - and it was us she trained the most. It was an eye-opening experience for us as we learned how to control and anticipate our dog. BTW, we're seasoned dog owners and quickly learned that we didn't really know anything about dog training or reactive dogs.We can walk our dog anywhere now and feel confident that he'll behave. People compliment him for his behaviour all the time!We now have a small dog - a Cavalier - and have just finished Jennifer's puppy class, and it was so great and so much fun. We wish we had done this class with our Aussie!Jennifer's knowledge, patience and passion for dogs is infectious and just so appreciated. We can't recommend her enough!“

“I made arrangements while I was in the US to drop off Noodle on a Friday. However, due to mishaps on my accomodations, they immediately took her in as soon as I landed Vancouver. It was a last minute request and they are very nice folks. I will bring my dog to them again. Ken and Yvonne are really nice. When I was picking up Noodle, they felt they were being separated from their grandchild, Ken’s arm on Yvonne’s shoulder as they bid us goodbye. Noodle would climb up to Ken’s lap as soon as he sat on the couch. Noodle became more affectionate when we returned to the US. Yvonne paid attention to the needs of the other dogs as well. Fed 3x a day plus treats and lots of hugs. They are really wonderful! I will bring Noodle back to them on my next trip.“

“Our dog had a partial ACL tear over the winter and she had PRP. Although the PRP was successful, she wasn't recovering fully after several months. She continued to limp and we could see her injured leg was getting weaker.We decided to start the 12-week program at Aquapaws and it 100% worked. She is fully back to her long walks and some gentle ball play for now. After laying for a while she limps a bit since it gets sore, and prefers to put less weight on the leg when standing. I fully recommend Aquapaws with their well-rounded approach in rehab.At times there is disorganization in the program and that you'll have to be very committed on your end doing the homework 2-3x/week for proper results. You'll have to be patient with the results but I found significant changes every few weeks where she could obviously do more and was more comfortable.“

Purchased their house brand lead a few months ago and they were kind enough to exchange it for a longer size and add an attachment to help it work at a small point too to make up for the height difference between my partner and I. “We have been taking our French Bulldog to JetPet OV for about 2 years - almost every day of the work week - and it has been a fantastic experience. He always leaves happy and tired, and he always looks forward to going. The staff are excellent and treat him like their own, and his socialization is great as a result of the time he spends there. If there is ever any issue at all the staff are quick to communicate. Once when our dog was boarding and seemed a little unwell the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was ok and we felt he was in the best hands. I’m very surprised by the few negative reviews here - not our experience at all. Sure it smells of dog pee but for an indoor facility I’m not sure what people expect. JetPet OV is great!!!“

“PetSmart usually has good deals and sales worth checking out. This store has a good selection of food, treats, toys, health and wellness products, grooming, harnesses, leashes, and other accessories. The location is nice. I usually walk there using the sea wall walking circuit so it’s enjoyable. I always bring my puppy with me and the staff always offer him a treat. The store offers dog, cat, fish, bird and rodent products. They actually sell some fish, birds and other animals (not dogs and cats). If you have a pet and need supplies I would recommend checking this place out, they probably have what you need and the prices are fair.“

“Absolutely love the way they treated my cat tigger..he's not too keen about vets..from past experience..but these people were great ..right from the start.they were patient understanding kind and just all around fantastic..im so glad my BFF is taken care of now..hopefully we won't need them again..but if we do..i know I can trust them to do there best..
