The staff was very polite and very friendly. When I asked her if she could put my dry cleaned item on hold, she told me to take my time because they hold items for a whole year. The store was also very clean and organized. I also saw that they donate coats to the unfortunate people. I really appreciate seeing that. I grew up with very little and to see Carousel Cleaners do that touches my heart very much. I am very appreciative and grateful for all that they provided for me. I am very much looking forward in giving them plenty more business in the future. I was really impressed with Carousel. They did a great job of removing a (dog vomit) stain from my down duvet. The duvet was even returned in a reuseable carry bag. The cost, though not cheap, was comparable to what other cleaners quoted. Excellent service and convenient location.Services: Special care fabric cleaning
