Lovely experience. We had a bite to eat in the Q Lounge first overlooking the harbour and then we headed to the spa. The atmosphere in the spa is quiet, serene. Very pretty surroundings. All of the staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommend the massages and facials.
Just went there for a relaxation massage, facial and pedicure. I would highly recommend. You can come in an hour early before your service to go to the steam room, sauna and mineral pool. Someone meets you at their relaxation lounge to take you to your service. 100/10 service. If you want an amazing spa treatment come here!My only regret is we are not staying in Victoria for longer so I can't come here again.
Had a wonderful relaxation massage here with Amanda. Love all the essential oil and organic products they use. Recommend going about 45 minutes ahead to enjoy the sauna, steam room and mineral pool.
