Have been a regular for years.Excellent trained kind staff working in a calm, well maintained environment.Free parking on the street, great location, elevator if needed.The owner is amazing

Gayle is an incredibly skilled massage therapist. She gravitated toward my sore runners knee without my telling her about it and worked wonders on it. She is professional and warm, and made the whole experience feel safe, relaxing and therapeutic. After one experience I am sold, 3 follow-up appointments are already in the calendar.

I have been seeing Niki Allard for hypnotherapy for a couple of months and it has been an excellent experience. Niki is kind, caring, professional and has a wonderful approach, and a lovely voice. She has helped me explore in many ways. The space is comfortable and inviting. I would highly recommend Niki and the Vitality Treatment Centre. Thank you! :)
