I’ve been coming to Tula’s for at least two massages a month for the past two years, and it’s consistently incredible. Emma and Bryttni at the front desk are always warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing visit. The clinic is spotless, with a soothing atmosphere and incredibly comfortable beds that make it easy to unwind. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The message therapist I see, Alyssa, is absolutely exceptional! Her skills, intuition, and genuine care always leave me feeling rejuvenated. Tula’s Massage and Yoga has truly become a key part of maintaining my overall well-being.
Came here to leave a review for Carmen. She is the BEST RMT. I leave feeling so relaxed every time and look forward to my appointments. She really helps with pain & stress management and I couldn’t recommend her enough!!!
Just saw my gp yesterday and my blood pressure was down 10 points. I have been attending yoga regularly 3 - 4 x week at Tula since April (now October 2023)and this is a huge improvement. FYI I am now 110/70! I am 70 years old with arthritis and ongoing post cancer medications that along with age compromise my body. I am now more flexible and am calmer from the breathing and meditative components. The instructors are interested in knowing your physical limitations so that they can adapt the exercises to you. There are other classes and packages suitable for the young fit and working folks. This is working for me!
