I give this nearly 5 stars! We Got bumped up to the highest floor/highest quality level Diamond room with a light switch activated fireplace and the room and bathroom plus a foyer was exceptional! The bathroom had an oversized shower with a seat and double sprayers to choose. There were Plenty of cotton towels and plush robes and slippers to create 4,5 to nearly 5 star review but half stars are not allowed here so it appears as 4. The staff are Extra friendly. Check website for Specials as we used a $150 food credit to enjoy dinner and daily breakfast at the award winning on-site restaurant. The food is great! Small dinner portions but great creative chef. Simply wonderful hotel. Extremely attentive staff, beautiful rooms, lovely hotel, gorgeous and memorable experience. The spa bathroom was delightful, the spacious room with turn down service was top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wow! First time at Spa Magnolia yesterday with my daughter for the Self-Renewal package and it was amazing. We had Chantal and Nicole and they were the best! So kind and professional and top-notch estheticians. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this spa!
