Wendy does an amazing job and the end result is 100%! For other reviews to complain about smells, etc seems really petty. My puppy is so difficult to hold down just to bathe, never mind groom, but Wendy has the special gift of getting Nala to calm down. If I could give Wendy more stars, I would as her price is so reasonable and the grooming is nothing less than excellent.

Very friendly and treats the dogs do well.I have always struggled to find somewhere to take my large dog since she isn't great with other dogs, but this place is great! Very accommodating and understanding with my dogs difficult behavior. Will always go back here when my dog needs brushing out and bathed.

This is the only place I can take my cats for a haircut where they don't come back traumatized. I've taken my cats to other places before where they were so scared that they peed themselves. Suds n' scissors is a very good price, the groomer does a very nice job and my cats don't come scared or upset. Can't complain! (also, it says my location is san fran but I am from Victoria! not sure how to fix)
