I was referred to Restart by Apple support to look into some issues I was having with a new MacBook that was still under warranty. Overall I had a great experience. The tech that looked after my repair, Robin was friendly and understanding, letting me know what the options were and what to expect. 2 business days later I had a fully repaired MacBook in my hands. Very satisfied with the service I received.

When the left side speaker on my 10 year old MacBook Pro cracked I called ReStart for help. I was delighted to learn that not only did they have the part in stock but that it could be replaced within a day.That promise turned out to be true and the cost was very reasonable.
