We were extremely happy with our heat pump installation in our 100 year old home, a job that required the installation of ducts via the crawl space (we had electric baseboard). The entire process was professional and our estimate had complete information about what we'd receive. They had to use a slightly different unit that was an upgrade but they honoured the original quote without me asking - it's so great to deal with a business that does that. The estimate also came in under the other one we looked at (which didn't even specify the heat pump!) by a significant amount. Our house is much more comfortable now - thank you. After a lot of research, I chose RedBlue for our heat pump and electric hot water tank install because they could handle everything from the removal of our oil furnace and oil-fired hot water tank to the electrical work. I was very impressed with the coordination necessary to get everything done in one day, and everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Thanks to the whole RedBlue team, especially Sean, Kelly, Kenchi, and Sarah.
Very impressed. They stand behind their service. Technician was on time, courteous, and did a great job. Was happy to teach me how to use my heat-pump system better. I would highly recommend them.
