We hired McCallum roofing to help us with our new build in The Uplands in Oak Bay. We recommend anyone reading this find another roofer to work with. A few major issues to mention:1. They sub-contracted the work out without informing us. We were under the impression that the work would be done by McCollum roofing but it was not. They are simply the middleman. This was never mentioned to us so it was deceptive in nature.2. The work was about 85% done but we paid 100% of the invoice. When it came time to finish off the work, McCollum was no where to be found. We were delayed for months due to this and had to hire another roofer to do the work.You can see part of the issues...read full review
