I was so pleased with the work and conduct of this company, specifically Dan who came out and saved me in the middle of the night with a burst pipe - I had gone down a line of emergency plumbers and he was the first one that was helpful and kind and came out to help. He and another employee came back the next day to do the remaining repairs and was excellent again, I will definitely be using them for all my "non emergency" plumbing needs in the future. I cannot say enough positive about Dan (and by extension Phil Ballam Plumbing) in what was a very stressful experience for me, and they charged very reasonable rates as well! Highly recommend!

I’m very impressed with the fast and fair/honest service this company provides. Both plumbers we saw got the job done quickly, even while my 4 year old was “helping” and talking nonstop.
Thanks for letting my son get involved. He was so proud! And our sink and toilet work great now!
