Great selection and friendly staff. Tried their online order for the first time. Most items arrived except one of the liquid product was leaked during shipping, ruined multiple items. Called the customer service center and it was quickly taken cared.

GROOMING SALON: Took my very fluffy Keeshond for washing and grooming. I thought they would reject him because of the state he was in - matted fur and a poopy butt - but they assured me that they get dogs with anything and everything stuck to them. They did an unbelievable job. He looks absolutely amazing. Clean from tip to tail, all brushed out, haunches and feet neatly clipped and nails trimmed. He came home all bouncing and happy too despite all the work done on him. I could not be more impressed.

Had my Bischon groomed at Pet's smart with Kristy, wonderfully professional and friendly team of groomers. Easy to make an appt and the service was terrific. I would highly recommend this team for your dog. When we were done we shopped a bit and the Pet Smart staff were helpful and friendly, giving my Gucci treats.
