“I boarded my cat Charlie with them for 3 weeks and it was a good experience for him and I. Charlie is a large breed cat and, since they accommodate the cats in furnished 'suites' and don't use kennels or cat condos, he had room to move and a comfy window perch to watch the birds from.

I received quick replies when I checked in on him during my travels AND they sent me multiple photos each time. I picked up a slightly grumpy (LoL) but well cared for cat who settled back into his home routine extremely quickly.
