Would absolutely recommend PSI to anyone who has pest control needs. We had Karl take care of rats that had made quite a nest under the front porch of the home we bought. A few traps (and some peanut butter) later, we are now rat-free. We then found a wasp nest on the property and that was taken care of the next day! Awesome service and a great team.
The best company for Pest Control and Investigation! I called the company (person who answers the phone is also professional and calming) in the morning and made arrangements for assistance to be here in the late afternoon (now that's service!). Mike showed up right on time. After a brief conversation of my concerns (ants) he did a thorough investigation of my dwelling. Detailed all recommendations, answered all questions, in a professional and very friendly manner. Highly recommend.
