Akiko Ohto (Mia), Shiatsu, the massage therapist, was very polite and humble. When I gave her a tip, she didn't want to accept it, but I insisted. I was delighted with how she massaged me, and since I prefer the pressure harder, she referred me to Kaz.

Kaz is very professional, respectful, pays attention to detail, and has a keen intuitive sense along with strong shiatsu skills/knowledge.
