Had the pleasure of dealing with Paul N. Amazing customer service, really knows his stuff, checked in multiple times to make sure everyone was happy. We were in a time constraint and Paul made it happen. Can not recommend enough. 10/10. ?

We were looking for area rugs for our living room when we stumbled onto Pacific Coast Floors. The sales rep Craig was very helpful in letting us know that we could have one made from any carpet style in the store. We left with some samples, selected the one we wanted and picked up our lovely new area rug 3 weeks later. Great service and product.

Sent some clients to my flooring guru Steven and like usual he took care of everything. Followed through on setting up an initial meeting with them and also made a quick turn around on-site to measure. This is why I would refer them as I only deal with true professionals makes life much easier. Cheers
