Have used their service twice. Both for move in / move out cleans. Once for an entire 2 bed home and once for a small 1 bed condo. Our first experience was flawless, our second experience we had to ask the cleaner to return as they had missed dusting and cleaning some parts of the condo. However, they emailed back after hours and set-up a time to come back at my personal convenience. The condo is now as flawless as the full house clean. I understand mistakes happen and they rectified their mistake efficiently. Quality service.

I'm so pleased with Oak Bay Clean! Vic and Jen are professional, quick to respond to any correspondence, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the client is happy and their house is clean.
Bryanna is an absolute cleaning rockstar, and the perfect level of friendly without being disruptive while I work from home. A massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders now that the cleaning is in her capable hands!

We did a move in clean with oak bay cleaners and unfortunately the owners had left the place quite dirty. I was so incredibly impressed at how thorough they were. Our place was immaculate when we moved in. Cannot recommend them enough!!!
