I do like the clinic. Great doctor who I met.I believe the communication between the staff could be little better. As a client, I am not knowledgeable in medical stuff, if I have to explain things to each front staff multiple times chances are I might say something incorrect which may result in some mishappening to a innocent animal.

The staff at McKenzie were super accommodating getting my little guy in day of! We saw Dr.Fuller and she was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and super respectful of my budget, went above and beyond to help me with my budget, and gave Bear super great care! She was great at explaining what was wrong and the next steps! Will definitely be going back for any future appointments!

McKenzie Vet has been taking great care of my 14 year old Frenchie Hilo since he was a puppy. Front desk staff are always friendly and accommodating. Dr Fuller is very professional and knowledgeable, she took the outmost care with my Frenchie. I highly recommend McKenzie Vet for all your pets needs!
