very helpful and friendly personnel and lots of choices. We bought a rug and runner last year and because we were satisfied with the quality we came back to buy another rug and two runners. We were helped by Chris who is an experienced salesman. We even got for free a slip-guard from them. Can highly recommend Jordans Nanaimo
Justin was great to deal with, knew his product and friendly. Location has lots of stock to choose from. It's much nicer being able to see things in person than having to make decisions from your computer screen.
We recently purchased carpet for two bedrooms. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We live in a condo and he quickly provided all the paperwork that was required. The turnaround time was great. Product was installed when promised and looks amazing!James and Sam did our installation. Both were professional and friendly, and did a great job.
