Michelle has been my technician for several months and is very friendly and easy to work with. I’m thankful to be able to see the end! It’s not pleasant, but it works! She has been able to accommodate my changing schedule, adjusting my appointments for me via text. The business is clean and professional and there’s designated parking.

My daughter is at the three month mark following three sessions of Aviclear treatment at Jade Clinics for acne. Before treatment we had concerns about purging and pain during sessions. We were provided with helpful advice to mitigate purge and with that my daughter has little if any at all. With the techniques used in her sessions, pain was manageable and short lived. We are thrilled with the results at three months. Her skin is clear and healthy with no breakouts. It has been a great experience and we felt fully supported and informed about the entire process. Michelle and Jade Burnside are awesome! My lip/chin hair was not as wiry as some, but after plucking led to ingrowns and scarring, I sought help through electrolysis. It was refreshing to have Michelle validate my concerns, rather than what I experienced elsewhere when I lived overseas (I was essentially laughed at, as if my whiskers weren’t worthy!). Both Jennifer and Michelle worked together to make hair removal a possibility for me despite my having a metal implant. Michelle is thoughtful and sensitive to my needs, caring, and delightful to visit with, despite the zapping!
