We called InFlame Heating in mid-December to repair our gas fireplaces but could only get an appointment about a month later, in mid-January 2024. We were surprised to hear that gas fireplaces are in high demand these days, and what is worse, prices have gone up. We have two gas fireplaces which are over 15 years old. We could not turn one of the fireplaces on, and when we were able to get it started it would shut off after a few minutes. We would also like to turn the flames down a bit and install a fan. Excellent service provided by the two owners of this company.They installed our wood burning fireplace and ensured all of our questions were answered. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their service. Highly recommend.
