I called Griffin electric to deal with a problem. I had with a tenants microwave that wasn’t working.. A young man called Ben came and solved the problem immediately, tracing it to to the fact that the plug wasn’t properly plugged in! He had come within hours of my call, solved the problem with good humor. And then did not charge me. I call that a really good service.
