Wow thank you Emily and Jeff! This is a company that actually doesn’t rip their customers off and it’s a family owned business. From calling and speaking to Emily, to Jeff going onsite to install the equipment required was like deal with family the entire time. My tenants (location of the pest issue) texted to let me know that Jeff was a delight to deal with. The pest issue was resolved quickly so a huge thank you! On top of everything else, I was pleasantly surprised when the invoice came as I was charged very fairly.

Daniel responded immediately to my phonecall and promptly scheduled a Technician (Quentin), as rodents had been noted in the crawlspace.
The problem was resolved in extremely short order following Quentin's methodical and meticulous site visit - thanks to his expertise - and I am utterly relieved that I no longer have to worry about the havoc these critters were causing in the basement.
