First Onsite staff were helpful and arrived ready to work hard. They came in the middle of the night when the flood occurred, and worked non-stop, including weekends, until the area was cleared and demolished.
First Onsite was tge preferred vendor of our insurance company. A water pipe broke resulting in extensive water damage. First Onsite quickly and efficiently removed the damaged flooring and gyprock. The company dealt with the initial problem promptly. Since then they are working on our house restoration after water damage under management of project manager Antonio Unger, and they are doing thorough work.
