Many designers could not over come the challenge of designing a house for my steep building lot. Fortunately for my family Jamie had the creativity and fortitude to succeed where other designers failed.I Highly recommended Jamie!Numerous hurdles had to be overcome to reach the successful moment of occupancy (job completion). For example: plan revisions, skylight locations, steep slope driveway grade to list a few. Jamie jump over these hurdles like a gazelle on the Serengeti!
