Trevor, Tommy, Senior (RIP) and the techs have always been incredibly honest in their assessments. They don’t try and “up sell” us, or do work that isn’t required. We might not always like what they have to say, but we know we can trust them 100% because they value the relationship they have with us and we are more than simply another transaction to them. “Initially, I had a negative experience. The owner replied to my review with a positive and sincere display to make up for the wrongdoing. I gave them a call and was greeted with respect and by someone who genuinely wanted to change my outlook and opinion tainted from my first experience. I showed up that day with the expectation that they were open, and they weren't, I felt like my time was wasted. As a result they preformed an inspection of what I asked be looked at and followed my instructions to a "T" they had a nice waiting area with beverages for customers and were very professional and prompt with the completion of my requests. I would recommend anyone looking for a good, respectful team to service their car, give these guys a chance. They did seem to have limited capacity on the Saturday that I went, but this is only to be expected. Thank you guy very much for addressing my concerns with the utmost seriousness and respect.
