I had purchased Hunter Douglas blinds 9 years ago from Ruffel &Brown. One very large blind had a lot of insect debris to the point that I had a salesperson come out to quote on a replacement, which was very expensive. I also asked them for a referral for a blind cleaner and they had several, but said Jeff was the best. I decided to hold off on the replacement until Jeff came. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly, and does what he says he is going to do! We have had this new house for 5 years and the though of cleaning the blinds was heavy. So we called Jeff and he came in on time collected all 16 blinds and returned them the next day and they looked like new. He was very professional and pleasant. Will use his services again in the future.

We have a broken blind that we didn't know how to fix. We called Jeff for help and he talked us through it in about 5 minutes. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Really grateful for his expertise. We'll recommend him to everyone and he'll be our go-to person for blinds from now on.
