Stan went above and beyond the call of duty to quickly repair some damage to our townhome which happened a few days before we were due to list it. Apw built a sunroom in our house. The work was good quality and on time and on budget. Safety was maintained on the job site. Stan the contractor called back his sub-trades on a few occasions to insist on a redo of some aspects of the work because it didn’t meet his standards. Two years in and we are still happy with the work. We have since contracted APW for additional work.Services: Drywall painting

We recently retained APW Painting & Renovations to undertake some carpentry repairs and repainting of facia boards on our home in preparation for installation of new gutters, and were generally satisfied with the quality and efficiency of their work. The owner/operator of APW, Stan West, provided constructive recommendations on paint colour selection for updating the facia boards, and on the profile for the new gutters (supplied and installed by others).Areas for improvement in customer service related to communication style, and transparency in justifying final costs relative to a significantly reduced labour effort and supply/installation of materials.
