My Miele (circa 2007ish) stopped working last week and they were able to assess what it needed (a new cord) and get my vacuum back to me the same day I authorized the repairs, for a very reasonable cost (under $100!). So grateful to have a trustworthy group of folks to help keep my vacuum going! 10/10 would recommend to others!“
