Went in to see if they could help with a Dyson vacuum that was falling apart. They were super nice and helpful and got me the replacement part I needed for a fraction of the cost that Dyson would have charged. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
Amazing old school customer service! So rare these days. Went in with a busted Dyson expecting to leave it there for a week and pay a big bill. The guy went into the back for 7 minutes or so and came out with it all put back together and functioning. “No charge” 🤩what?? Made me want to break another vacuum just so I could pay them to fix it! 😜
I called to find a carpet shampoo cleaner and although they didn't carry them. The man on the phone was extremely thoughtful in his response to where I could find one and what kind would be best.
Based on his customer service skills, when we need a vacuum. I definitely want to buy one from this store.
