Eden Grace does the BEST spin classes! Especially at the Anderson Way location. The only class in Vernon where you get a boutique spin experience with optional choreography. A much needed thing for our town!

I've been to world health and fitness in Vernon 14 times now. After 12 visits I bought a membership. It used to be called fitness west and I have worked out there many times though that was a couple years ago. It's a good gym. Very well maintained, modern equipment, friendly and accommodating staff. The vibe is a pleasant one. There are some fairly serious bodybuilders and a general mix of people training for fitness, weight loss etc. Bathrooms and change area are well maintained as well. Free weights, machines, and cardio equipment upstairs give a good range of activities. It's a large facility. When I was on the punch pass program it was 12$ a workout.... read full review

Is this the friendliest gym in the Okanagan? You bet it is! The staff here are amazing (Cooper, Dylan- I'm looking at you), and everyone here seems genuinely happy to be there. The gym members are friendly and supportive and there is a feeling of inclusivity, with folks of all ages, abilities etc. working alongside one another. Plenty of equipment, well maintained, great hours. What more could you ask for? Get your swole on already!
