We were in the area visiting family and camping, when we decided we needed a camping guitar to play some campfire tunes. My partner found the last addition to his Taylor family. John Phillips was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. He made sure we had all the essential accessories. I was so pleased with the service and products, I bought a ukulele to play along. I now know three songs if you are wondering John. ;) thank you
