Stevenson is listed as a Rinnai Pro, so I contacted them regarding the replacement of our on-wall boiler system. I called Stevenson at 7:30am the morning after my air conditioner stopped working. It was 34 degrees (in May!) every day and we get sun all day. Alex, who was awesome, was there by 9am and what I really appreciated was the extra time he spent searching for the problem and not simply assuming it needed a new motor. It took him a while but eventually he found the issue and after a simple run to get the part we were back up and running cool in no time. Can't say enough about the good folks at Stevenson regarding their customer service and extremely reasonable pricing.
Very helpful and accommodating staff.We have used them a couple of times now and are always very happy with the jobs they have done. Will be calling on them again when I swap out my hot water tank and a couple of toilets.
