One of the most down to earth gyms you will ever have the privilege of joining, the owners and the staff have created a home where all members are family. This gym has been fundamental in both my mental and physical health.

Joining Iron Heart in Canada after moving from New Zealand has been a fantastic experience! The gym culture here is welcoming and very motivating. A positive environment where you're pushed to improve while feeling part of a local community. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great gym atmosphere!

Visited for a week while on vacation. Been to many gyms over the years and Iron Heart is top notch. Great drop in and visitor pricing. Great variety of equipment and it’s not all crammed together. As mentioned in other reviews, it’s a super clean facility. I saw staff constantly cleaning. Excellent gym all around.
