One customer had a malfunctioning windshield wiper and was impressed by the speedy repair and the fact that they refused to accept payment for their time. Dillan was very helpful, I went in with a piece to something I had no idea where it went and he took the time to show me and explain exactly what it was for. Also the gentleman at the counter did even hesitate to.show me to Dillan. In all they were so helpful. I definitely recommend them
Ken and his team at Dunbar Auto are the only shop I trust with my vehicle in the Okanagan. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and they’re honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable with diesel and gas vehicles. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and they never try to upsell or cut corners. Their pricing is reasonable, communication is clear, and the work is done right the first time. Ken is a great guy and runs a solid shop. I don't take my vehicle anywhere else.
These guys are great., I brought a motor in for rebuild the day I called and it came out under in cost than other places I got quotes from. Runs great.
On a separate matter I had my truck brought in to them for a mystery fueling issue right before Christmas. Even though it was a very busy time of year they got to work on it. Again they did a lot of work diagnosing the problem but only charged me for a couple parts.
Would use them again and would recommend
