I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jon at Absolute Carpet Care. Jon is responsive, communicates well, and has so much integrity when it comes to his work. He picked up my 2 large area rugs to bring them back to his shop to clean and then delivered them to me the next week when he came to clean the carpet on my stairs. They all looked like new afterwards. The cost was exactly what was quoted (which was very reasonable). I highly recommend this company for carpet and rug cleaning.
