Jim and his great team of Joshua, Scott and Brad did an awesome job of significantly reducing the height of my yellowwood tree. They were able to keep the beautiful rounded shape of the tree (not an easy task when they were forced to use their boom platform positioned on a kind neighbour’s parking spot). Beyond their highly professional skills as arborists, they were kind and patient - answering my questions and alleviating my concerns. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their reasonable rates.

Great cut by Kelly. I always wear a pixie cut and because of the thickness of my hair, a cut done by razor works the best as it creates uneven layers. Kelly does it perfectly and I have been asked several times where I got my hair cut.

I've been getting my hair cut at Country Squire Barbers for over 25 years and have NEVER gotten a bad cut! I love that I don't need to make an appointment - just walk in, take a seat, and wait for the next available chair. The barbers are always friendly and good-humored, and most importantly, always give me a cut that gets 2 thumbs up from my wife when I get home. I have 0 reasons for going anywhere else for a haircut.

I couldn't have been more wrong. Matt is who I was paired up with that day and I have never allowed anyone to cut my hair since. Had the most professional painless bathing suit shopping experience at Big Sun Beachwear. I am a 4/6 BUT have big curves on a smaller body AND don’t want to look matronly or black and boring. Had lots of selection in the DDepartment and new suits have very adjustable straps which are amazing plus selection of colours, shapes, sizes are all very fashion forward and gorgeous. I was very lucky to roll in and have someone available to assist with sizes and selection and what I thought I wanted. I left with 2 suits that could be mixed and matched with each other and what I had at home. Quality, service, selection, professional, friendly, painless, fashionable, highly recommend

I am so thrilled with how my hair looks after Oksana worked her magic. I’ve been getting extensions for 13 years in Vancouver at a salon that specializes in extensions and have been happy. I do spend so much time here in Vernon and wanted to take a leap of faith and give this friendly salon a shot. Oksana did blonde highlights with care and detail. The colour she did is truly exceptional. No joke she easily could be a celebrity colourist. The extensions were very thoughtfully placed and she used a technique that hides the extensions very well and not an issue sleeping the next day which I’ve never had before. Oksana does take more time but worth it! Also a mention that the staff here are all so friendly, receptionist was lovely and Chelsea was easy to chat with, understanding and really cares about her work and the salon. Highly recommend Oksana for extensions and colour and this salon.

After swearing off lashes for so long due to previous works damage I was skeptical but her photos swayed me. I went in completely unaware of most of the knowledge I left my appointment with. I learned all the mistakes I made with my last run with lashes. She really focuses on lash health, integrity and retention and I really appreciated that despite it meaning longer between fills=less money for her. The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep!. Emailed ACE on a Sunday as our AC stopped working a few days earlier. Got a response from Alvin, who was on vacation! He said he’d have a guy out the next morning and he was at our place just after 9am. Diagnosed the problem, went and got the necessary part (new capacitor) and now we have nice cold air again. Thanks ACE, would highly recommend.
I needed to get all my HVAC replaced along with extra sheet metal and asked four different companies for the quotes.
Sam and CE were the only ones to include the extra sheet metal on a separate quote like all were asked to do.
The price was extremely competitive with one other but the extra step Sam took was what I needed. When I met Sam he sat with me and my wife, explained all 5 different types of systems (with and without heat pumps). Sam Knew the equipment and explained how CE carries most of the parts needed for when service calls come in which a big deal to know that you are looked after when needed.

The consultation process, design and installation are top notch. The Tailored Closet of Vernon installed a super efficient pantry, coffee bar and laundry cabinets and counter top in out house - they look fantastic and the entire team did a fabulous job. We liked it so much that we had them back to do our walk-in closet. I highly recommend them.
