I’m so so happy!!! I stopped by looking for something to help my damaged hair and lucky for me, Diana was there. She saved me. She listened to my concerns and made great recommendations and a whole routine for me. I immediately went home and tried them all and my hair has already shown so much improvement and the products smell amazing. My favourite was the hair oil she recommended, it’s so good and smells like heaven. I live downtown but I’m so happy I came here for my hair needs. My hair has been saved, thank you so much
This review is based on online shopping only. I purchased a product but realized after that it was the wrong one, so I contacted them about a refund, and they were super polite and efficient in helping me, despite it being my fault! I recently went back online and not only found exactly what I needed, it was on sale and a lot cheaper than I've seen elsewhere. I will buy my all my hair products from Zennkai now. Thanks!
I came in today for a haircut, and had a wonderful experience. I called on the weekend to book an appointment, and they were able to fit me in within two days. Additionally, I came in 20 mins early and they had me seated right away.
The stylist who cut my hair did an amazing job. My hair was in desperate need of a good trim, and he was able to cut enough off, while still maintaining my hair length. Furthermore, he was very kind and knowledgable when answering questions.
