Thank you Yugen nail spa, my family had their nails done here. I am quite satisfied with the service here. The staff are very professional and attentive. They pay attention to every detail on my nails. I am very satisfied with my beautiful nails. Recommend 10/10.
Did a great job on my sister and my nails. My sister has extremely short nails from biting and they were able to work with them. They made sure that we took the time to let the polish fully dry and were able to accommodate us both as a walk-ins.
I had a really pleasant experience here. The associates were warm and welcoming. Upon entering, my selected service (mani & pedi) was repeated back to me to confirm that’s what I still wanted done as I had booked my appointment online the night before. The nail tech noticed I wasn’t wearing open toed shoes and informed that while the service could still be provided I would have to let my toes dry naturally (as they were not equipped with fans for pedis), which would take about an hour after they were polished.
I appreciate that they took the initiative to inform me upfront allowing me a chance to consider the options that were more suitable for me. Nonetheless,... read full review
