Ward and his team did such an amazing job with refinishing our floors. They turned out much better than we ever expected they would. Our floors had many scrapes, dents and damaged areas that were totally gone once Wards team finished with the job. Plus they were very yellowed which made the space look dated. The stain that we went with looks great and our space has a much more toned down and natural feel now. Plus the cost was very competitive. We can't recommend Woodsmith enough!
We had our 1910 fir and oak floors refinished by Ward and Joel who got us in with very short notice and we could not be happier! They did such a great job and honestly, I can’t believe they didn’t charge more for the amount of work required! They even brought a huge section of the fir in the kitchen back to life that we thought might be beyond repair. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling on them for our stairs. So glad we went with this company, amazing price, SUPER friendly, accommodating, fast and the floors look amazing!!
We hired Woodsmith to refinish the second floor and stairs of our 1964 home with both red and white oak. The floors were in really rough shape, very dark, almost orange colour and a few spots were repaired very poorly by the previous owners. Ward was quick to communicate any changes with dates and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The new repairs look great and blend right in. Refinishing the floors was the best investment we made with our place. It totally changes the look and to get the same kind of quality in new floors would have had to spend a fortune.
