“Recently I needed to have gutter cleaning and moss removal for my roof.I have a friend, due to his profession, he knows a variety of tradespersons. A lot of times when my home needed repair or maintenence works, I would seek referrals from him. Usually he shows reservation to refer any. All through the past years, he had only referred 2 contractors to me without hesitation. One is an electrical appliance technician (very satisfactory), and Blue Sky being the other one for my roof and gutter maintenance.Eventually, I got in touch with Zsolt, the Owner/Operator of Blue Sky. I found him very friendly and helpful. Personally I am a detail oriented person. Zsolt addressed my concerns and explained in detail about the procedures that would be performed on my roof patiently. Eventually I let Zsolt and his team to work on my roof.The team from Blue Sky were very well mannered, professional and they did a great job. Moreover, I was very impressed by Zsolt's "walk the extra mile" serving attitude in a couple of my service needs. By the way he always responds to my enquiries swiftly.I am glad to have this new resource added onto my home maintenance contractors list; and I have no hesitation to say this is a great one indeed.“

“The coordination experience with Dennis was smooth and effective and we were well supported through several design changes and adjustments. We'd certainly give our experience 4 stars for customer service in this regard, though I'd love to see more self-directed support for installation. The installation instructions online are generic and not as detailed as they could be, incidentally this is the same information that is shipped with the units. We were provided with no installation information at all for the door hardware, which caused lots of confusion on site, as we were left with no resources to refer to during the weekend installation while the offices were closed. We'd love to see Westeck improve it's online technical support with much more detailed content and even some informational or instructional videos such as those provided by it's main competitors, which we referred to quite a bit.“
