Ashley was as thorough and her assessment of my right side tension in the neck and shoulder, and carpal tunnel, and recommended exercises for relieving the tension and strengthening. A pleasure to work with.

I’ve been going to Rachel Worsley for a while now and her treatments for chronic headaches and TMJ have been so helpful when very little else has been. She is a such a kind person and has given me a so much relief from headaches! So thankful.
