I have been with other vets - but am enjoying the experience we are having with our two rescue cats here. The staff have been great with them and the Doctor has been attentive to the needs for these two special girls.

The staff are really friendly and the office works efficiently. My issue is that for both our spay and neuter they asked almost twice the other vets did. Most recently for feline dental cleaning they quoted me more than double my other vet did. My other vet is excellent, in no way am I cutting cost for mediocre care. The clinic is not in the best condition, not what a hospital should be. For food and emergencies I suggest West End but for planned operations I suggest you shop around.

West end vet have been awesome for me and my cat. Dr. Childs has supported my cat to lose weight and address urinary issues through dietary change. The entire team has been so supportive and helpful to me as I look to export my cat overseas. They re knowledgeable and thorough. They are always happy to answer my questions and respond to my emails throughout the entire process. Thank you very much.
