UPDATE: I see several people have had bad experiences here. I feel I should make it super clear thar in the many times I have shopped here, I have always been treated courteously and professionally and received knowledgeable advice when I have asked for it.Previous comments...We call this the "Rogers Video Liquor Store" because, back when it y was possible to rent videos from Rogers...Aaaaaaaaaanyway now it is a space much more interesting and useful - with a great selection of wine, beer, cider (including some awesome BC products) and a few "other things". This place taught me a great deal about the history and process of spirits! No where else tries to educate customers the way they do.I only worked there for a brief time, but the selection of craft beers AND regridgerated european beers (usually put on shelves to be warm in other stores) is undefeated. The selection of wines on top of its new wine director bringing in more rare and exotic bottles means this place will only become more of a gem.Like any places, it has its bugs... but if the business collectively wants to make this place successful, I believe they will do what is right to bring it good fortune.Plus the kindness they offer towards dogs is the best part ;)...read full review

I found the staff 100% helpful and friendly. I read the reviews, looking at the type of complaints, as 24 bottle limit. Obviously this was created because some people were coming in multiple times with large bags of bottles. That's what the Bottle depots are for ( unlimited ). This guy's complaint was he does not like this rule, and obviously a trouble maker. Thus we have stupid complaints.
