Great services! Mr. Fan who answered my call was so patient and knowledgable . Then Rock repaired our Navien boiler at the first visit which another company failed even after two services. Super experienced and efficient! Thank you!

They are si efficient. I called in the morning and the Jason and Simon, the technicians were here in the afternoon. My case is a bit different which sent Simon back to the office to gather some more product. I really appreciate their work. Jason is so knowledgeable and I am truly grateful for his advice. They removed the old water tank which is dirty and rusted. It was an excellent experience. I definitely will use their service again.
