I walked in yesterday with a bloody, distressed Dog feeling deep panic. The staff whisked Dog in for emergency treatment and 30 mins later he was absolutely fine and bouncing about. The staff treated me and Dog with kindness, compassion and great skill and I can't thank them enough.
