Pav, the owner has been cleaning my Airbnb unit for the past 7 months and I've been continually satisfied with the cleanings. What we like the most is, the extra touches the cleaners do, the before, after pictures they send us.

I used the online contact form to request a specialised deep clean of just 2 of my kitchen appliances - fridge (just outside & behind) and stove (inside, outside, hood fan). I got a fairly quick response from the owner, Pav, after I sent a text to follow up. After sending in photos to show the details, I got a quote for cost and estimate of time it would take. Plus they were able to slot me in just a few days after I reached out (message sent Tuesday, they came on Friday).They were about 20 minutes late, but they let me know as early as they could, which was no problem.
