I needed a Dyson vacuum repaired. I called several places who all said they don't touch Dysons. Trade Ur-Vac asked a few questions, and diagnosed the power switch. They fixed it in 24 hours for a very reasonable price.

I took my shop vac in today because the suction was shot. The helpful guy at the counter quickly diagnosed the issue, removed a clog, and handed it back to me 10 minutes later without charge. Great! ?
